Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Within Canada
We currently ship to all provinces and territories in Canada from our facility in Montreal, Quebec. Shipping carriers and delivery options are displayed at checkout, along with estimated delivery times and costs.
Free Shipping
Orders over $75 CAD qualify for free shipping. Free shipping will be sent using the most economical option available. Please note that free shipping may not apply to remote locations where standard carriers cannot reach.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping directly through our website. If you’re located outside Canada and would like to place an order, please contact us directly to discuss available options.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout by the carrier and are shown in business days (excluding holidays).
Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
