Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

500ml products may be returned only if no more than 10% of the product has been used.

5L products must be unopened and unused to qualify for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

Processing time: 1 business day after receipt of the return.

Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.
