Refund policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • 500ml products may be returned only if no more than 10% of the product has been used.

  • 5L products must be unopened and unused to qualify for return.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Processing time: 1 business day after receipt of the return.

  • Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 5 business days to appear.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away. We’ll work with you to provide a fair resolution.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available—customers will need to cover shipping costs.
